- Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 4 guests, and this limit cannot be exceeded.
- No smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors are placed in the living room and bedroom to ensure compliance with this rule.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the house.
- No parties/events: Parties or events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours: We kindly request that guests respect quiet hours during the night to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
- Property maintenance: We ask guests to report any damages or issues with the property immediately during their stay.
- Cleaning and towels: The supply of extra clean sheets and towels should be requested during the stay and will incur an additional cost.
- Waste disposal: We kindly request guests to participate in recycling and separate waste collection.
- Payment policies: Additional services and extra service fees can be viewed and requested through WhatsApp Business.
- Guest responsibilities: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
